Reviews on this site are submitted by customers through the review form on product pages, or by invitation email after a purchase. We may also republish reviews that customers previously shared with us directly, with their original submission date preserved. We do not write reviews ourselves, purchase reviews, or use incentives that are conditional on leaving a positive review.
All submitted reviews are held for moderation before publication. We publish reviews regardless of whether they are positive or negative. A review is only rejected if it contains spam or advertising, offensive or abusive language, personal information about others, content unrelated to the product, or content we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or not based on genuine use of the product. We do not edit the substance of a review, and we do not suppress reviews because of a low rating.
A review labelled Verified Purchase was submitted by a customer whose order for that product we were able to confirm in our records. Reviews without this label may still be genuine, but we could not link them to a specific order.
The average rating and review count shown for a product are calculated from all published reviews of that product across our regional stores, since all stores sell the same physical products. Reviews may be displayed in their original language.
